We prepare our client’s organization and its people to maximize performance and adaptability so they can quickly respond to changes in the environment without compromising mission outcomes. Rockwood considers the composition and available skillsets across an organization to determine skill gaps and identify training needs. Our organizational development specialists empower the workforce through intentional onboarding, tailored leadership and management development programs, team performance roadmaps, and workforce innovation cells to optimize human capital resources. We support our client’s efforts to create and modernize talent acquisition and professional development strategies, career paths and roadmaps, succession planning tools, competency frameworks, and job-specific skills training. Our experts apply a human-centered design approach to job aids and standard operating procedures to improve the adoption rate and results of the process optimization efforts.
